Howdy,
I've looked through several issue reports for that host at around the
time this was filed, there's been several fixes and while test
downloading a video from that site I could no longer reproduce said
issue. The problem is at least fixed in 2019.01.17-1, but presumably
much earlier as well

Since this is a bug present in the Ubuntu package it very much deserves
to be documented here.
