The Gnome-FR Team took the decision to include the translation in gnome language packs. "Ignorer" has been now changed for "Conserver". The new nautilus.po file is here : http://gnomefr.traduc.org/suivi/module.php?id=1103 Does somebody can upload it into the language-pack-gnome-fr-base package?
