Syndaemon actually part of the synaptic for xorg package. But I think I
have found the cause of my problem => Marking the bug as duplicate
instead.

This means the problem could be a syndaemon that forgets to re-enable
tapping? Will disable syndaemon and if that fixes the problem re-assign
the bug to this program, then.

My laptop worked out of the box with ubuntu, which I actually expected so I
didn't even bother to look in the internet if it does before buying it.
There is one thing that is half-broken, though:
These symptoms are the same to me if I run syndaemon, though after
suspend/resume no problem.
Can you please start a terminal and run:
sudo apt-get install python-apport
then
apport-collect 1389434
