It's fixed in Ubuntu Gutsy (which hasn't been released yet).
For Ubuntu Gutsy, we would need to fix this translation, which should be
feedlist.opml instead of feedlist_bg.opml, since there's no feedlist_bg.opml.

What Ubuntu and liferea release do you have? This is fixed with recent
liferea releases, which check whether the file exist, and if not use the
english feedlist.
The solution to this would be to correct the translation, which
shouldn't translate feedlist.opml to feedlist_bg.opml if there isn't a
