Hardy -updates currently has rhythmbox version 0.11.5-0ubuntu8 and the
changelog from rhythmbox indicates this was fixed in package version
0.11.5-0ubuntu7:
rhythmbox (0.11.5-0ubuntu7) hardy-proposed; urgency=low
* debian/patches/81_use_uri_to_import_directory.patch:

I have confirmed the issue on a clean Hardy install and confirmed the
fix on a system with -proposed updates installed.
