Unfortunately this bug is still present in more recent kernel version,
and maybe got ignored by upstream. Can we do something else (bump,
resend it,...)?

My issue exists with both with the current (3.13.0) and the upstream
kernels, as can be seen in the original post. I will report it to the
upstream bugs as best I can.
