This has been fixed upstream in commit
967f926ed2272ff759cb0223a76b3727de4ec425: "Debian/Ubuntu: Use Dom0's
distribution by default for DomUs". That fix is included in 4.2~beta1-1
from My 2010. I'm hence closing this issue as "Fix Released".
