My system was an issue with upgrading PostgreSQL. It didn't have a clear
upgrade path. I saw the error in the logs. Once I removed it from my
system the upgrade proceeded as expected

How did you found, which package? For me the fact there are no explicit
info about it is a bug.

After digging, I found a package that was preventing upgrade...
It would be nice if there was a better way for it to display the errors,
or tell you where to investigate.
