This is left over from when we had sheets: the "Cancel" and "Connect"
buttons were supposed to be in a bar that was latched to the top of the
OSK, while the rest of the sheet contents slid up and down underneath.
It looks like that has been implemented, but the bar is missing a

plan:
CONNECT TO OTHER NETWORK (MANUAL)
Select 'Other Network'
Enter the SSID and correct password for the network
Select 'Connect'
Verify that the device connects to the network
