I checked the version 1:019-1 of b43 and of the firmware now also with
kernel 3.16.0-24. WIFI works; no problem.

after re - installing version 1:019-1, WIFI works also with the actual version
1:019-1!
Nevertheless, I have sent the output of "ubuntu-bug firmware-b43-installer"
when using the most recent version of b43.
The only relevant changes I may have made (since filing the bug)

I will send you first the output of ubuntu-bug firmware-b43-installer for the
(working) version 1:018-2.
Then I will reinstall the version 1:019-1 and send you again the output of
ubuntu-bug firmware-b43-installer
