aren't really a bug and require more discussion (although this has been
discussed before), which should be done on an appropriate mailing list
or forum. http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/mailinglists might be
a good start
it is huge bug --> new user's first impression is wrong > it looks that
nothing has changed since 6.00 ---> 7.04 ( I know that it not true --->
but fresh user thinks in different way - I am talking about Desktop edition)

yes, they do, and ubuntu chooses to use brown. a bug report isnt the
way to solve this.
