I tested a straight-up sid version build on utopic amd64 and i386.
Built and installed without a hitch. I'm patch piloting so I'll
syncpackage it.

plain sync build and it succeeeded

Thanks, do we still need that Ubuntu delta? The comment suggests that

ops, attached now, I think I spotted a bug in LP when I opened two bugs at the
same time with attached two files...
Anyway I recreated from by utopic pbuilder environment and added the bug
reference.
