Apply this to the /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libsane.rules file using the command patch 45-libsane.rules < 45-libsane.rules.patch in the /etc/udev/rules.d/ directory. Please note I don't really know how to create a patch and stuff so if this is totally wrong please forgive me (and correct me if you can)
