I have the same problem. I would like to kickstart my installation using
the " Web installation" behind a proxy.
url --url http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/ubuntu/
preseed mirror/http/proxy string http://my-proxy:8080/
or
url preseed mirror/http/proxy string http://my-proxy:8080/ --url
