Thanks, this kind of transient error message can happen while runing the
development distribution. I close this bug for now as it is often very
useful to know if a system can not be cleanly upgraded (even if some of
those are false-positives).

Thanks for your bugreport.
Could you please attach the file /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log as well
(if there is one)? It might be a transient issue with archive that is
not fully in sync.
