I can confirm this is a problem in 14.04.1 as well. The package
apparently does not deal with the new version of Apache included with
this release.
The problem can be partially worked around by manually adding an alias
definition to the apache2 config files (e.g.):
Alias /ocsreports /usr/share/o
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
