obextool (0.33-0ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low
* Add watch file.
* Fixed debian/menu to make lintian happy.
* Add debian/obextool.desktop and use dh_install for installing it in the
right place (LP: #133748).

I've uploaded a fix for this.
Regarding .desktop icon, upstream doesn't provide a valid one.

This type of application don't have a .desktop because it don't need.
Not all X11 application is integrated in gnome/kde menu.
But if you need this i can do it.
