I remembered that before I started the major upgrade, I had started
opening a .deb for Chrome browser. Before starting the upgrade, I did
pause the package manager for the chrome installation.
I'm curious how the upgrader could do any work with another package
manager running? It only crashed wh
Further information. The upgrader had mentioned it needed to approve
the removal of 30 obsolete package. I gave my approval and the fail to
lock bug happened.
