in the upstream report you are using Mint, if that's the case please try
to ask Mint developers to do some investigation.

On my netbook, I can get it up to 35% cpu (of one core).
That has two Intel Atom CPU N450 @ 1.66Ghz.
At my normal typing speed, it uses 11% on the netbook.
