Can confirm it happens on Chromium and Chrome. It seems it happens when
there's a page "tile" that hasn't been rendered and the cache struggles
to keep up. Attached a screen of both browsers open showing the bug at
the same time.

I can also reproduce this issue on an AMD laptop with fglrx graphic
driver installed, but the display is normal and correct if I uninstalled
the fglrx driver.
