OK, I take that back. The problem is that cupsys needs a dependency on
hpijs so it will also get installed. That's the package that contains
libhpip.so.0 and libhpmud.so.0. If these aren't installed, printing to
HP printers fails.

Bug seems be to regressed in cupsys 1.3.2-1ubuntu1. I'm getting that
same error after removing and reinstalling both cupsys and hpijs
2.7.7.dfsg.1-0ubuntu2.
