Finaly i have fine the methode by try and error and a lot of work.

Good release Ubuntu Precise 12.04 LTS (kernel v3.2)

First i get the the quantal tree with the command

Now i have a local repository "ubuntu-quantal"
I have also obtained a full list of the tagged versions of quantal tree with
