Could you make a capture of the SIP traffic (i.e. towards port 5060) and
attach it here, please?
For example you can do:
tcpdump -i eth0 -s 0 -n -w sip-dump.pcap port 5060
substituting "eth0" with the interface you are using to connect to Internet.
