terminal while booted into the default Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline one) via:

I have Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with 3.13.0-33 version on 'metal' .
Every time I reboot the system I come in to the same situation, I get message
and rebooting is haged up.
Are there some solving ways ?

Strange thing is that this doesn't happen in another 14.04 Hyper-V VM
with exactly the same kernel and Hyper-V cluster. Maybe it has something
to do with the package hv-kvp-daemon-init or Generation 2 Hyper-V

I have exactly the same issue with Hyper-V 2012 R2 version
6.3.9600.16384 (latest available version). Besides, I'm running it in a
Hyper-V generation 2 'template'.

Sorry guys, I havent more time to investigate this issue. I installed
12.04 instead.
I think problem was with the Hyper-V 2008.
