two points- 1. though it is saying that PSPP is not installed; but that is not true. PSPP 0.8.3 is downloaded and installed; but not from the repository. 2. apparently, the debian maintainer for the package (PSPP) is not available for two years. as a result, PSPP could not be updated in debian. u
