DVD playback no longer works on Trusty / XBMC Frodo 12.3

After running the previous command the only difference is that dmesg no
longer shows the "Add. Sense" errors. In fact there are no erros, but
XBMC still hangs in the "Loading" part when trying to playback a DVD.
Using vlc to play the same DVD works fine though.

Theoretically, according to this guide:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
I did that, but I still can't play dvds. I also get the same error about
"Add. Sense: Read o

... actually XBMC 13.0 Gotham just turned stable some hours ago. So a
possible fix would be to bump xbmc release to 13.0 in official ubuntu
repo.

Just tried the latest unstable xbmc release (XBMC 13.0 Gotham RC1), and it
fixes the DVD playback issue.
Not sure this qualifies as a valid fix since this is not yet a stable release.
