Hi. Here, analog problem on up-to-date Gutsy. extracting a CD with sound-juicer
works fine, and then trying to burn an audio CD from flac files gives message
"cd writer locked" from brasero (sound-juicer window is already closed, could
this be a dbus/hal problem or a bug in the hardware ?).
How
I noticed that Brasero give the message "Unable to burn. The CD writer
is locked" after I have used Sound Juicer.

Ok writing dvds works fine.
The rewritable disc is 16x which my writer supports but brasero only
wants to write in 10x. Thus is fails. Will provide a log for that in a
bit.

Could you provide a log when it fails?
You can get a log by launching the following command in a terminal:
brasero -g 2>&1 > brasero.log
And please attach here brasero.log.

In the latest version it does not do that but when i write data to disc
it immediately sais "successfully written" without writing anything to
disc.
