Actually, I found the source of the problem. Ubuntu has defined some
shortcuts using "SUPER + ". "SUPER" is related to the super key
in Windows (Windows Logo key) and the command key in OS X (the twisted
wired symbol key).
After changing the setting for the shortcuts, the keyboard letters got
bac
Same problem here using Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS + vnc4server. Besides
's' and 'd', I also have 'h'hiding (minimizing) each window in focus.
