It's weird. The scanner icon does not show up here. I restarted the
panel, am on Human, have gnome-icon-theme installed.

Attached is a debdiff for the xsane source package, it would we really
great to get this into jaunty.
All it does it change the debian/xsane.desktop file to use the generic
scanner icon.
Tested completely and all works fine.
