The libgcc1 downgrading command explained in the #2 above, let you use again
apt-get, and so continue the updating to get the latest fixed gcc packages.
After updating/upgrading, the newest libgcc1 4.9 is used again without trouble.
So that report can be marked as 'fixed' as it was an issue only
