yes it woorks with tr4, however the video is dorked so i am not
getting much further. default video looks to take up my whole screen
with abt 10 percent of screen showing. menus in upper crnr, but cant
get to anythig. i can work in terminal so eventually i will get it.

We discovered some odd things going on in the compressed file system
which may have manifested itself this way. The squashfs bugs were
resolved with Tribe 4 so I am curious to know if it may have fixed this
issue. Could you please test with Tribe 4 on the same systems?

Yes I did. That did not work either. Previous iterations worked (and
are installed) and I am downloading todays daily live currently. I will try
that to see if it resolves.

Have you tried 'ubuntu' as username, and nothing as password (that is just
Enter)?
