Ken, are you saying that when you scroll the mousewheel the mouseover
does not update or merely that it does not change the volume. If it is
the latter, please open a new bug.

This issue has risen, no display of volume increments to increase/decrease in
volume using thumbwheel, however, volume will actually increase/decrease
