'gsettings get org.compiz.unityshell:/org/compiz/profiles/unity/ disable-mouse'
returned 'false'.
Then toggling the setting from ccsm (unity - switcher) on and off - fixed it
to me too.

I can reproduce after fresh upgrades, but not on a system that has had
the session running for two weeks. Something unity-related got updated
in the meantime..

I didn't do anything special. It is observed on 3 computers.
1. Intel P4 (2005) 3GHz, ram 2GB, , video - nvidia gtx6200 (nouveau)
2. Intel Celeron(2004) 2.2GHz, ram 1.5GB , video - ati radeon 9600 pro (radeon)
3. Intel Atom N450(2010 - netbook samsung N210) 1.6GHz, ram 2GB , video - intel
gma 3150
I don't have that problem here, what are the steps I need to do to
reproduce?
