With 2.0.0.6 that just hit the repos this is no longer reproducible.
Didn't test on 2.0.0.5 though.

Can you reproduce this if you started a new profile and saved some things?
When using Tools>clear private data, when you get the screen to choose what
data you want to remove is saved passwords checked?
