Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: desktop-effects
Using desktop-effects 0.7.1-0ubuntu4 on Feisty:
1. Enable DE.
2. Open a window that covers part of the right half of the screen.
3. Open a window that covers part of the left half of the screen.
4. Drag one window towards the other until they are on top of each other.

Current result:
I can drag the windows on top of each other without any edge resistance.

Expected result:
When the window edges meet, there should be some resistance before the windows
start overlapping.

Note:
Edge resistance works as expected in Metacity.

** Affects: desktop-effects (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
