amarok knows the xine engine is there but for some reason its not auto
detecting my audio. i am using alsa but amarok is not picking it up.

this is for sure a xine problem specific to the 64bit version of gutsy.
i downloaded the latest lib xine and compiled it and reinstalled amarok
from the pkg in the repository and now its saying that xine is unable to
initialize any audio device

problem has been isolated to xine going to try find someone in the xine
channel to help me debug
