Yes. It was reproduced at 12.04 - 14.04 beta, on different machines, and
with life CD(13.10) and life usb(13.10). It's reporoduced not every
time, on some machines. But on my current working machine it's
reproducing stable(12.10).

Got to the left up workspace.
Open two widnows(firefox maximized and gnome-terminal in my case).
Move one of them partialy on workspace below.
Focus in any of those widnows.
Press Super + S twice.
