Right, I can understand that. For what it's worth, the ubuntu-system-
settings panels are ranked in a fix order ... those are targetting
Ubuntu Touch at the moment but likely to come to the desktop in some
cycles

I'm sorry, but sending a bug report to GNOME is like sending something to
/dev/null - it's useless (jep, it's pure frustration here).
