I was able to test the saucy fix via building the package and installing
it locally on my 13.10 Ubuntu DeskTop VM. I'm setting this bug to "fix
committed". It depends on when, or even if, an SRU (Stable Series
Update) is done as to if this will become a field update. For "trusty"
it will show up wh
While the missing file names have been added and committed to both the
saucy and trusty master project code, the only way to know if the
problem is really fixed is to update and release the packaged version.
It should be done for trusty first, but I do not know how.

To manage notification
The files go-down.png and color-profile-default.png are missing from the
various languages figures subdirectory.
I suspect the root issue is they were not added to ubuntu-help/Makefile.am when
they were added to the master code.
