System does not reboot after installati
With bug #966480 you're just not told what to do but if you remove the
installation and press Enter on the keyboard all is well, but with no
message telling a noob what to do they may still do a hard reset.
With this bug no reboot method worked except hitting the reset button on
my box.

I completed an installation with Lubuntu Saucy 20131015 i386 having
selected Install from the boot menu rather booting to the live DE and at
the end I was asked to restart. Doing so the DVD ejected and I'm
including a picture of the text displayed (sorry I'm so shaky), but
after removing the DVD, c
Out of 3 desktop test installations I did tonight, one failed to reboot
but two worked. I don't think I can get to console. Is there another
way to get information to help figure this out?

I just installed using today's saucy-desktop-amd64+mac.iso on a MacBook
Air (UEFI). The install went just fine (a couple really trivial
indicator glitches that disappeared on mouse over). At then end I got
the restart dialog and then progressed to the console after clicking the
button. At this poin
ISO testing of Lubuntu saucy-desktop-i386.iso:
The system does not reboot, or at least stays with only the backlight on
very long (until I gave up).
