With 3.11 and 3.12 kernels HDMI output is broken totally. Tested with

I've tested both 3.12-RC4 and 3.11.4 kernels and HDMI audio didn't work
at all (it is enabled, pulseaudio shows correct output but no sound
comes from the TV). With 3.8.0.31 kernel this behaviour shows up only
after suspend.
