Ah, sorry I overlooked Raring and Quantal. Raring uses
1.49.0.3.2ubuntu1, and Quantal uses 1.49.0.3.1ubuntu1. So the issue is
still present there. There shouldn't be any pushback however to getting
1.49.0-4 published in Raring and Quantal as well.

boost 1.49.0-4, which was published in Saucy on 2013-06-04 lists a
resolution to this issue as a part of the change log. This was copied
over from Debian Sid, and pushed to Saucy well before the first beta
