The problem was when trying to create several instances of:
debVersioningSystem debVersion;
from the apt-pkg lib to make the version comparison.
Applying the proper fix right now.

Click updater app does not
I get two different results.
On my main "daily driver" phone which has a lot of click packages
installed I see the same behaviour as Rick.
On another phone which was freshly flashed I get a "No updates found"
message (see screenshot).
