Yeah, I can see why this is happening. Because we now have some policy handling in telepathy-ofono (turn on/off speakerphone mode) and some policy in pulseaudio (react to headphone plug/unplug), these end up colliding. To come around this, I think we need to monitor headphone plug/unplug in telepa
