Built cardstories, epigrass, and python-cffi all build fine with
virtualenv 1.10.1. tox 1.6.1 is currently ftbfs and as stated
previously, virtualenv 1.10.1 fixes this.
pbundler builds, but --help doesn't run (python traceback). This is not
a functional regression because standard pbundler fails
