I would rather say it should be "Enhances: bzr". Also, it's probably
better for this patch to go to the pkg-bazaar debian list rather than
here as we maintain the packages in both distributions.

Is this really correct? Does bzr-svn enhance svn, or is it a transition
tool to migrate to bzr. I'm doubtful of this change and I don't think
it's worth carrying and Ubuntu diff for. I'd suggest that the reporter
should file a bug in Debian with the patch and see if they are willing
to pick it u
