The device revision is 00.02, but it's not working

For 201307-13940, these dfu files could be found in /lib/firmware/`uname -r`
However the Bluetooth still not working.
I found it works on another laptop, 201308-14155 Dell Inspiron 3135
12.04.3 + 3.8.0-33 kernel
Also, some evidence could be found between these 3 systems:
201305-13636
201305-13636 with ubuntu 12.04.3 (updated one, kernel 3.8.0-33-generic)
could have the BT(lsusb 0cf3:0036) work
