Attaching my gnome-session log.
According to this log, gnome-session is looking for gnome-
fallback.session, but there is no such file in my system.
konst@test:~$ find /usr -name "gnome-fallback.session"
konst@test:~$ find /usr -name "gnome-flashback.session"
/usr/share/gnome-session/sessions/gno
The fix proposed here is wrong.
Entries in /etc/upstart-xsessions needed to match existing files under
/usr/share/xsessions
gnome-flashback in there is called gnome-fallback (the old name was kept to
make the updates work)
I'll try to poke at this tomorrow in a VM and figure out what's
preventi
