IMEI is exposed as the the top-level 'SerialNumber' property. I'm
currently working on an update to the ofono/rilmodem code which should
provide 'SerialNumber' on supported RIL-based devices irregardless of
SIM availability. I just confirmed that this works on maguro sans SIM.
