That looks odd, in the #2 the ubiquity installer should be actually
offering reinstall option, in addition to "side by side" and "erase
all".
E.g. can you install 13.10 in a vm, and boot 13.10 cd again and check
that it correctly offers the intended reinstall option?

This is a bit of an issue. I suggest the French language example be
replaced with either a correct english language image, or the attached.
I would fix, but the page is immutable and I lack the permissions
necessary to change the page.
